MINISTRY BACKGROUND

As greeters and ushers, our purpose is to establish an atmosphere of friendliness and warmth. In many ways, the way people are welcomed as they first arrive at Missions Springs Community Church helps set an indelible tone for their entire experience. This is reinforced by our greeters and ushers as the Sunday morning service unfolds each week.

WHAT DOES THIS MINISTRY DO?

• Greeters welcome people at the front door, direct newcomers, answer questions, help with the offering, make a special effort to reach out to newcomers, and are available throughout the service to help with any needs that may arise.
• Ushers hand out the worship guides, assist with seating, assist with the offering, make a special effort to reach out to newcomers, and are available throughout the service to help with any needs that may arise.
• Guest Services assist with event registrations and provide information and connection points for people attending specific events
